PxP West Midlands, a joint venture between Langtree and the HCA, is looking for an experienced Property Manager to work within the property team in its Midlands office.

The successful candidates must have previously worked within either a commercial or residential property environment with experience in managing a diverse portfolio. It is preferable that the candidates should have experience in conducting property viewings and negotiation of terms, progressing a letting through to completion and a good knowledge of the Landlord and Tenant process would be advantageous, but not essential. We require someone with a keen eye for detail and who is able to ensure that the existing portfolio is well managed and maintained.

The portfolio comprises commercial premises in West Midlands, Staffordshire and Shropshire counties.

The role requires candidates to have a full driving licence as a company car will be provided.
