PxP West Midlands is a joint venture between property developers and investors Langtree, and the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA).

This innovative private public sector partnership was set up to develop, regenerate and invest in a diverse portfolio of properties and sites throughout the West Midlands. It also brings additional private sector capital, expertise and resources to manage and deliver strategic brownfield sites more quickly.

Our mission is simple enough: to drive the continuing commercial success of the region. But achieving it demands a fresh and imaginative approach to the way we handle property development.

PxP West Midlands brings that approach, together with a powerful commitment to creating a more prosperous future for people and businesses.

PxP West Midlands' development projects include the 22–acre former LDV site in Birmingham and the 20–acre Bromsgrove Technology Park. The other development sites are a mixture of inner city regeneration projects and edge–of–town high quality business parks totalling over 130 acres.

The partnership also manages a portfolio of investment properties consisting of more than 600,000 sq ft of workspace, industrial units and land.
